My Cloud OS5 Autobackups issues

I recently upgraded my WD My Cloud 3TB to OS5 now the autobackups for all my mobile devices don’t work right.
I used to have all my family’s mobile devices back up to certain folders in the Public/Shared Pictures/ folders, but now I cannot control where they get backed up at. It simply makes a new folder at the root.

Is there a new firmware upcoming that will restore this operation?

Thank you for the response.
Unfortunately that’s not what i was looking for. This “answer” you linked describes Remote Backup of one My Cloud to another. My issues is backing up other devices (cell phones, tables, etc) to the My Cloud. Please re-read my original post.
