I am trying to use the OS5 android app after upgrading the NAS to the latest OS. I am able to login via the mycloud.com web app but when I try with the android app, the sign in button is disabled and unclickable. I even had similar issue with the web app too but the sign in button got enabled automatically with some tries.
I have entered correct email Id and password but the sign in button in the android app does not get enable to allow clicking it.
Is there anything that I am missing?
