WD products are sold in Turkey for along years. We can use pc softwares and mobile application of WD in Turkish.
OK → By using local wifi connection (with modem/router) to NAS(WD MyCloud), on my pc, I can open files which their names have Turkish letters (ğ, ü, ş, i, ö, ç)
NOK → But, by using mobile/android app of WD, when I try to open any Excel or Word which their names have Turkish letters, the file is not opened.
OK- → On the other hand, if I rename the file without Turkish letters by using the android app of WD, the file is open.
Unfortunately, this is very frustrating case for Turkish users/customers while you are trying to reach your files away fron your house…
