I have the My cloud OS 3 since a few years working perfectly till today.
It doesn’t connect. The App is not working and it tells “ Conection trouble”.
I didn’t update it to OS 5.
Anybody with the same problem?
I tryed to turn it off and turn on again and check the cables.

Trying to log in online has not worked for me all day. We reset the hardware, but the online connection gets a 504 failure message.
So…what?
Are the forcing us to update to OS 5?
