I’new with mycloud mirror and I got a problem to access it with my android phone my cloud app. I configure 5 users, each user has itsown mail and password plus an access code.
When the user start the app my cloud and connect to the mirror with it’s access code he can only select public directory for the automatic backup.
If he try to select mycloud.com service to connect to the mirror he got invalid password answer and he cannot conect.
there’s no probleme with the wd photo app.
What can I do?
