My cloud offline

My cloud one bay works correctly with the windows local network (isee it as netwok disk), but the results offline in the network connection, regardless operating system or browser

What specific error message are you receiving when trying to access the My Cloud Dashboard?

Steps to Access the Dashboard of a My Cloud OS 5

Do you have a single bay My Cloud device or a single bay My Cloud Home device? They are not the same. The My Cloud Home does not have a “Dashboard” page like the My Cloud devices do. The My Cloud Home is an entirely different device with different operating system and different features/options than the My Cloud line of devices.

If you have a My Cloud device, when you use the web browser to access the My Cloud Dashboard, you will get an error message in the browser window if it cannot access the My Cloud Dashboard web page. What is that browser error message?

If accessing the My Cloud Dashboard by the My Cloud device name (example: http://wdmycloud.local) does not work, try accessing the My Cloud Dashboard by it’s IP address (example: http://192.168.1.100).

It Is my Cloud home and y have used ip address to access It. Note that i hard no problema since two weeks ago
