My cloud not visible in wireless Network

Hey, 

i am seeking for help with WD my cloud. 

When i connect via ethernet-cable i can acces the my cloud. 

But when i am in my wifi-network i cannot acces the could.

It simply does not show in the explorer. 

Hope someone can help we with the correct settings.

If you are using Windows, your wireless connection might be a public network that disables discovery of network devices. Right click on the connection system tray, choose network and sharing center. Look at your active network. It should say Private Network.

it’ok, but now i can’t enter in WD my cloud panel to configure setting

Can you helpme to reset completely and begin again ?

I am not sure if I understood you. Bu here how I can configure wdmycloud from my laptop using windows 7.

on the bottom right hand corner, you should see wd icon, you may have to click on the arrow if it is hidden, The icon gives you drive amount used and temperature. click on the icon, it gives you option, one of them is wdmycloud with arrow on the right, click the arrow and you see another menu, one of them is the dashboard. You can also create short cuts and mapping.

when i want launch configurator put ip address on explorer give me a black windows of WD my cloud and i can’t enter.
