My Cloud not seen

I moved. I have attempted to re-setup my single bay 1TB MyCloud.
It is not seen by WD Discover, using file explorer or network explorer on windows 10.
The desktop and switch are the same as before
It is on same switch as my desktop, after the router.
The blue light is on
The network green light is lit.
the 4 second reset did not help
It does not have the Identifier requested as the ID on the bottom does not look like the one posted.

and a laptop logged in wirelessly as it did before

What changed when you moved? Are you using a different ISP/broadband provider? Have you accessed the router and checked to see what IP address the My Cloud is obtaining from the router? Can you access the My Cloud, using either a web browser or Windows File Explorer, using that IP address?

now on Comcast, wifi /modem/router 1GB
switch connected directly into router (only 2 ports)
switch is Linksys 20 port
laptop finds it immediately via wifi

@tlfmd Is the Laptop also running Windows 10?

Windows 10, 64 bit
build 17134.65

One thing to check because a recent Windows 10 update may have turned off SMB1.0.

and today, all is well
