We recently had to switch out our router for a new one because the old was defective. Windows 7 Pro on all computers.
One computer will not back up data no mater what I do. The other 2 are fine.
We did have an issue of mycloud not showing up in any of the backup targets that seems to be solved for now.
Is it a matter of just deleting the backup configuration on the problem computer and starting over with a new one?
Let me add that mycloud shows up as a target in the backup, and backup is “enabled”. I try a manual backup and it says it is copying files. But no files since 2/13 show up on mycloud.
