Hello,

I Connected my WD CLOUD to my router and everything is ok. but if i connect my tv or phone to the access point in the house WD CLOUD not Appear ?

It is recommended to configure the DLNA and Plex service on the My Cloud Home device by referring the link given below to stream the media files from the My Cloud Home device on the Smart TV.

However, you can use the My Cloud Home Mobile App to use the My Cloud Home device through the mobile phone.
