My Cloud no longer works using internet connection (

Internet acces to My cloud using wd2go,.com no longer works.  Window diagnostics reports “Windows cannot automatically detect network proxy settings”

Hardware - desktop - win 8.1

Router - Netgear - WNDR4300

I have tried turning off windows firewall - still no connection

I toggled Router UPnP - still no connection

Connection did work when first set up

Any help would be appreciated


Possibly use   WD Discovery  or My Net View to examine your network.
