My Cloud network reset?

My My Cloud 2 TB PAN-AM has stopped showing up on the network. It looks like the light on the front is flashing yellow. When power cycling it, the green lights on the network jack light up & then go off.
Is there a network reset that won’t wipe the data from the drive?
What about any other options for getting the data off the drive?
I see a USB connection on the back, but not sure if I can access from that.
Any suggestions?
