I’m not a 100% sure what @ASaintfort is referring to, but if he installed it, then I’m thinking that it’s the My Cloud desktop app.

There was the My Cloud Desktop App. It’s now gone and no longer supported. Now, there is just mycloud.com and the My Cloud Android and iOS apps that you can download from the respective stores.
