My Cloud Mirror setup does not find my WD drive on my Mac

Hi there,

Latest firmware installed today.
I can use the url link to access the drive but cannot instal the Mac Software setup since it does not find any unit. For Heaven’s sake any help?
Yes, Led is blue and steady.
Attached via ethernet on a Apple Time Capsule.

An Apple Time Capsule may interfere with other NAS devices.

Check your Time Capsule to verify the IP address it’s assigning to your WD My Cloud Mirror, and proceed to map the unit using AFP, SMB or CIFS:

After your unit is mapped you can proceed to configure it by typing its IP address in your Internet Browser.
