My Cloud Mirror Not Appearing in Network Import List

I bought a new My Cloud Duo to replace my old My Cloud Mirror. Based on the instructions (Answer ID 25687), I should be able to use the Network Import tool to transfer data from my old My Cloud Mirror to my new My Cloud Home Duo. However, the My Cloud Mirror does not show up in the list of network shares. Why not? And is there a way to specifically point to it in the Network Import tool. Or am I stuck connecting the drives via USB?
