This will be a total shot in the dark but I will take any advice on this one. I have an old My Cloud Mirror drive with tons of family photos on. In its day it use to have a couple of users with their own passwords and what not. I can connect to it and see the drives but they are protected by login credentials I cannot remember. I tried to reset the drive using the reset button to get the administrator login to be blanked out. When I am on the landing page for the device via its IP through my network it just refreshes the login page when I try the administrator login. I know its been reset because if you try any other login at all then it has the red error messages. The administrator login simply refreshes the landing page so I am stuck without a way to get into it to reset those pesky old accounts that I cannot remember anything about!
Any ideas for how I can get my old files back as WD stopped supporting this drive and I don’t know what else I can do
