I have mlm Gen 2, I have a admin and one user on the account. With admin account login in my iPhone with my cloud app, the photo and video backup is almost instantly to my mirror. but with the user , with different email address registered and log in and it doesn’t backup the iPhone automatically. Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks
Because you have a My Cloud Mirror you may want to see, if you haven’t already, the dedicated Mirror subforum where there may be people more knowledgeable with that product. Or where there may already be past discussions similar to your issue. This subforum is generally for the single bay My Cloud units.
