According to the information here,
I should have a Gen 2 - as the Product, Retail Packaging Outer Box and Enclosure Color images in the first column under My Cloud match the device I have - however the Part Number Prefix of my device is WDBZVM and not WDBWVZ.
Also, the Warranty date is currently April 25, 2016 (I have a case logged to get this updated - I purchased the device yesterday!) so it is effectively well over 12 months old already!
Can anyone assist with this (identification) as I will be quite cross if it is an “old” model.
