Hi,

I’m trying to set up a second-gen 4TB My Cloud Mirror that was not in use for some time. Consequently, it seems the owner misplaced the power supply and I can’t seem to find a replacement.

WD Support mentions that it takes a 12V, 3A, 36W power supply which is reasonable enough to find, but I’m having difficulty finding the proper plug.

What is the diameter (inside and out) of the adapter on this plug, or better yet, where could I purchase a replacement power supply?

all WD Power adapters that i own are 5.5 x 2.5 mm … i can plug any WD power adapter into any WD hard drive that i own and they all fit.
