My Cloud Login Service Unavailable on Macbook Pro

It is strange that I can access to MyCloud via mobile phone yet from Mac can’t log in - message popped up “login service unavailable”. Any suggestion & resolutions on fix this issue. Thanks.

The same issue on my MacBook Pro. I can login on the browser - on this website, but not on the WD Discovery App. I use myBook 4TB USB disk. Maybe WD Discovery is only for myCloud and NOT for myBook external disks?
Thanks very much for any help, how to log in on a Mac on WD app “WD Discovery” or can I uniinstall it again?

Same issue on my Macbook Pro 15-inch Late 2016 with MacOS Catalina 10.15.3. Cannot login using WD Discovery, only via web browser. How am I suppose to use Time Machine on my device then?

If you have a My Cloud Home, see the dedicated subforum for the My Cloud Home as that is a different device, with different features/options than the single bay/single drive My Cloud device.
