hi i installed automaticallty the fw version 4 that caused me problems like other people too.
some way i managed to reinstall the (same) fw and get my data to a safe place but now the drive stays on white led status. i tried all night long and i also tried to let it cool down for 15 hours with no result.
obviously I cannot connect to the drive. Is there a way to re-format it? perhaps reinstall its OS?
more info: when drive is powerred on, white led appears and after every minute it flashes once. perhaps it tries to turn blue but something goes wrong
