First off, I must say I really like all the new updates that have come through.  The speed and performance of the My Cloud have greatly improved, significantly enhancing my user experience.

Just a couple friendly suggestions, it would be nice to see the iTunes server categorize artists’ names beginning with the word “The” by the first letter of the next word in their name.  For example, The Beatles are currently with the Ts.  I would love to see them with the Bs. 

Also, it would be nice to be able to see file counts in folders - this way I can ensure I have trasferred all the files from another source.

Your post sounds more like a good Feature Request; the best place for this, is in the Ideas Exchange section. This way someone from WD will be sure to see it and will allow more users to support your idea.

However, I would first search and make sure that there are no other active Feature Requests suggesting the same or similar improvements. If there is, then you could add your post and vote on it.
