My Cloud is in repair mode since last 6 weeks

My home cloud device is in repair mode since last 6 weeks. I am getting the below email after every few minutes since last 6 days.

Your Sabah-u-din’s My Cloud Home has detected a problem

This process could take a while; do not power off the device. You’ll be notified when it’s done. Learn More

The help link states as below:
When a database corruption occurs, the My Cloud Home will go into database repair mode.

  • DO NOT power off the device while in database recovery process is active
  • DO NOT attempt a pin reset
  • SIGN OUT of using WD Discovery
  • The recovery process can take up to, but not limited to 5 or more days in some cases

Any help or suggestion please? Or I should through this device in bin?

If it has been in that condition for 6 weeks it may have failed. I would contact wd support and see about warranty replacement.
