My cloud is having trouble connecting to the server after software upgrade

using MacOS, I can access my cloud fine from my Mac through the web, but I can’t use the app at start up which enables me to drag and drop, auto backup, time machine, etc. Tried all the tricks of rebooting the my cloud, rebooting the MacBook, have great internet, the login is the correct credentials as it accesses my cloud through the web. HELP - this only occurred after their upgrade…

I am having the same problem, after the upgrade I cannot access to the server in any way except for the web. I am using windows 10. Also Plex not working anymore.
