My Cloud Home Windows 10 Issues

Hey guys,

I just bought the My Cloud Home 2TB and it works perfectly with my Macbook at work, but I’m trying to login to the desktop app at home (using my Windows 10 laptop), but it keeps giving me the error: “My Cloud didn’t start properly”.

I’ve tried all the suggestions I could find on Google and these forums, but nothing seems to help. I’m really disappointed.
