I have a 6tb WD Mycloud attached to a mac. I have attached a 2 gig external usb drive to the Mycloud and have selected to ‘copy from usb’ from the dashboard and then the option to ‘select files’.
When I click on the parent folder to open it up to select the ‘inner folder’ it doe not open and appears to only allow me to copy the parent folder. Help please? Thank you
@ernist Are you sure you have a My Cloud Home?
