My Cloud home triggers routers restart

Hello,

A few days back, I shut down MCH using the app and then unplugged it. Ever since that day, even though MCH looks to be working properly, every time I plug it in my router using the Ethernet cable, it triggers a loop of restarting the router. I tried using different ports. Any ideas?

Sounds like a firmware problem in your router. I’d look there.

I reinstalled the firmware (I already had the latest version) and the problem was fixed! Thanks!
