My Cloud Home transferring files from PC stuck!

Hi, anyone can help me with this issue? I try to transfer files from my pc to My Cloud Home, however it stuck halfway.

What drive do you have?

By any chance files you are transferring contain many small files? Or is there any duplicates?

This is very much a dated thread with old firmware. Most MCH disk transfer is done locally with USB (fastest >280 MBps) or SMB (fast 110 MBps) in the new firmware. Check USB and router cabling and functionality.
