My Cloud Home shows offline after moving home

Hi all,
I set my My Cloud Home with no issues, but recently I moved home and the device shows offline.
the LED light is blinking white slowly.

I checked internet and it is working fine. Could anyone help please?

Hi,
Yes, I spent 2 hours watching all the videos and I tried all the suggested ways, it still doesn’t work.

I don’t want to reset because I have things stored in my Cloud Home.

  2. Restart the device: Unplug it for 10-15 seconds, then plug it back in.
