My cloud home reset

Had to do 60sec reset and now it can not be setup or found, went through setup and get message no internet, have shut down antivirus to no avail and have restarted computer,gateway/router/ and my cloud multiple times . :Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks but I have been through all of this to no avail, bottom line is it says no internet connection and I cannot reset it without internet connection
