My cloud home remove drive

When i log into my cloud home, or apps, it shows two my cloud homes. one says “Pending Approval”. it shows up in my cloud web, my computer, and the app. I have tried removing the software. i can delete the drive from my computer, but it keeps coming back.

How do i remove it?
