Just got a My Cloud Home. When i shut the down the device. Im not able to turn it on online. Is there an app which I will need to download?

Well, try to plug out the power cable and then plug in the power cable again this may help to power on the device. if you face any issue then try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.
