Hi … I have a my cloud home. It was on for quite a while. Today I was accessing the files via internet. Suddenly, i couldn’t access. I checked the harddrive and it was powered off. I removed the power cable and put it back on. It showed amber light for a while and after sometime it blinked few times. Then it power off immediately. Tried this multiple time and nothing happened. Anyone faced this situation? Please help
I would suggest you to change the power adapter of the WD My Cloud Home device and would recommend you to connect the device directly on the wall socket.
The amber light on the Ethernet port of the device shows the internet speed.
