Hi,
We have been using the My Cloud Home for a week now, we faced many issues, one I have commented on on another section (the Family Folder disappearing overnight after a firmware update, unacceptable).
Another issue we are having is that the files names are not displayed on the online version of My Cloud.
For example a Word document shows a huge Word icon, but no name.
How are we supposed to know which file is which?
Please respond as soon as you can.
I have the same issue with videos. If his is the default I can not use this device. I had a MyCloud for year before the forced replacement.
