Mine My Cloud Home have been offline for weeks. What is happening? I just bought it 3month ago.

If you want/need WD Support, contact WD directly: https://support.wdc.com/contact_phone.aspx and open a support case/ticket. This site (community.wd.com) is mostly a user to user support forum. Per the previously mentioned WD Knowledge Base, there are several articles for the “My Cloud Home offline” offering suggestions on what to do.

One should see and post in the My Cloud Home subforum since the My Cloud Home device is different, with different options and features, than the My Cloud line of devices. Users in this subforum may not have experience or have used the My Cloud Home. Further the My Cloud Home does not support OS5, the general subject of this specific subforum.
