My Cloud Home not Showing on Win 10 Network

Hello!

I added My Cloud Home as a Sonos Music Library via the Public Network Share. I enabled SMB 1.0 File Sharing Support as directed. For the longest time, it worked fine. Now, the drive no longer appears under Network in File Explorer. Any ideas?

Hi All,

I found a solution. I just mapped the drive using the instructions below:

Luckily, I had access to the serial number for the drive. That solved the problem and now I can access it again. Hope this helps.
