My Cloud Home not detect

My Cloud Home - Personal Cloud Storage My Cloud Home

Hi

Last week I just rebooted my cloud home and its not detect when I try to login
every thing are fine power, connection and light
Note: I can find it in local IP and could be access but only public folder appear my folders dos not exist

any idea to resolve this issue?
