My Cloud HOME no longer shows Z: drive

When I first set up my My Cloud HOME Z: was assigned to it so I could access it with Windows File Explorer… At some point it showed but with a “?” I.e., “Z:?”

While thrashing about trying to get to my backups etc , I deleted it, thinking a reboot of the computer would resign a drive letter to it. No such luck… Consequently, I can’t access it at all!!

Any ideas?
