My Cloud Home keeps saying it's offline

Hi there,

It seems WD had some issues last week with the proxy. According to the status page is should be resolved but I’m still having problems. It’s seems to be jumping from online to offline during the day. Fun part, I can connect to plex without any problems… WD please look in to this!

I am having the exact issue!! Is there any way to access the files without the proxy web?
