My Cloud Home Is NOT Syncing Stopped Syncing

As of a week and a half ago, My Cloud Home has stopped Syncing. I see Folders and Files that have a Green Icon with a Check Mark and then Folders and Files that have a Blue icon and never turns to Green indicated all is Sync and copied/ uploaded. I don’t want to unsync and resync again. Because, I will another folder with partial data and then the new sync (creates another new folder) will takes many hours to sync.

I have rebooted twice and now change. How can i get the sync back working again?
