My Cloud Home is not responding

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with My Cloud. It is not responding in a certain way. Like, I can’t delete files but I can download them. I can’t Copy the photos from my phone to the folder. And this is happening for a very long time. Did anyone else has ever faced this problem before?

I don’t have Mac OS. I am using Windows OS with my Cloud. Any help or suggestions.
