My Cloud Home iPhone App File Import Issue

There is a peculiar defect I am encountering when uploading files from my iPhone to MyCloudHome (MCH) using the MCH App. For some reason, uploading files to a newly created folder on the MCH does not trigger an integration with Dropbox (via Boxifier) to synch the new file with Dropbox. However, manually copying/pasting a file into the new folder on MCH does trigger Boxifier/Dropbox to synch the file up to Dropbox. Interestingly, after the manual copy/paste of the file into the new folder, subsequent uploads of files from the MCH App on iPhone into that same folder also correctly triggers the file synch with Boxifier/Dropbox.

So, there must be a difference in the upload file event on the iPhone MCH App and manually pasting a file into the directory. The manual paste must include an action, metadata, or event on the MCH device that the MCH App upload does not. That difference means the manual paste allows Boxifier/Dropbox to complete their indexing and begin watching the folder for changes, whereas the MCH App upload does not provide the complete information/action.
Please advise as to what is different between manual pasting and MCH App uploads so I can work with Boxifier and Dropbox to resolve this issue.

Thank you,

Dave
