My Cloud Home folder not showing up in FINDER window!

I cannot access my cloud home from the finder like i used to ?
It has started after the update to macOS Monterey!
Anyone else having this issue and what the suggested fix?

I have the same issue. Called support they escalated to level 2 support. Not heard back from them. Pls. help.

Has anyone had any sort of reply to this issue? I had it with the move to Monterey in December and it’s now happened again

What solved the problem for me was removing the WD app from my computer and installing the latest version. I had previously installed the new one without first removing the old one. I guess it did an update. This solved the problem on my MAC and on a windows laptop as well.
