My Cloud Home Duo Super Slow after latest Window Update

Hello, I have a 16TB My Cloud Home Duo that is suddenly super slow. I am not sure if it’s because of the latest windows update or what. I can’t seem to figure it out. I am running the current version of WD Discovery version 4.3.336. And My Cloud Desktop version 2.10.322.

It is raid 1 so I have 7.07TB total available and I still have 3.85TB available so the unit is not to full capacity.

Please help.

I appreciate you taking the time to reply, but NONE of your answers apply to my product. I have a My Cloud HOME, which does not have any of the options for what is described in both articles you sent me.

Is there a way any other way to fix this super slow issue? I can’t work like this.
