My cloud home duo is not on the network

The reliability of this instrument is terrible: some 20% of the time it is accessible; during the other time the files explorer it doesn’t show it at all. If it is not solved reliably I will throw it away and install something more reliable. DO NOT BUY IT!

I placed it in secured position; Now, as I need access to the stored data, I returned it near my computer and connected it through a verified hub - only the computer, it and the net. Not working. I also swapped the hub port between the station and the computer - No change.
