My Cloud Home Duo enclosure fails, but the 2 hard drives are still well functioning.

How can we access the hard drive directly from Windows? Can we just plug the hard drive to external Sata-USB connection and connect it to Windows to access the files?

We regret to inform you that the file format of the drive will not compatible if you connect that internal drive directly by using SATA cable.
