My Cloud Home Duo 8tb Losing Connection on Mac

WD just replaced my drive as the fan went faulty and started making a horrendous noise. Now, this new (recertified) drive is causing me endless problems. When trying to copy a folder from my iMac it freezes, then gives me an error (latest is attached) but quotes error -36. I then have to reboot the drive, and mac!!! Screenshot 2020-07-21 at 19.56.35
