My Cloud Home doesn't work

Hello, recently My Cloud Home was updated, but after that update, I tried to copy files from it, but it doesn’t work, so I made factory reset of that device and problem was still here and after few days it made 64 files like on the picture.

Where can be problem? Did it happen to someone? Or how can I write mail directly to WD? Thank you Martin.

My device work fine but randomly I find this strange file. I don’t know what they are.
