The app crashes when trying to upload photos and videos from Ipad… support cannot fix it apparently. App works fine on the iPhone, no crashes at all. I reinstalled, shut down, rebooted, system updated on both app and iPad.

I have no no support case opened. I am an IT professional and will test it first, it is probably not on WD MyCliud. But thanks, I will report.
