My Cloud home and My Cloud not working I cannot access from windows 10. How to remedy?

I had it mapped with a dedicated ip from the setup but several months ago it stopped working and I have not been able to access it since. The device is on and I can see it in the computers are connected but I am unable to login. I have enabled the smb1 in windows features and turned off the firewall still no connection. Do you have an update? I have invested over $1000 in these drives and now the are essentially bricks.

Things I have done:

enabled smb1 in windows features
disabled the firewall
reset the my cloud 4 sec
tried all the updated wd apps
